1. Files you upload

Files uploaded to LinkDrop are stored temporarily only to generate shareable download links. Files are automatically deleted after their selected expiry time (1 hour, 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days).

2. What we store

• File metadata (name, size, expiry time)
• Link settings (password protection, expiry choice)
• Basic download analytics per link

3. What we do NOT store

• We do not permanently store your files
• We do not read or inspect file contents
• We do not sell or trade user data

4. Cookies

We may use basic cookies for authentication and security. No invasive tracking or advertising profiling is used.

5. Security

Files can be password protected. However, no online system is 100% secure, so avoid uploading highly sensitive data.

1. Free service

LinkDrop is completely free to use and will always remain free.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content. Abuse may result in access being restricted.

3. File responsibility

You are responsible for anything you upload and share. LinkDrop does not claim ownership of your files.

4. Availability

We aim to keep the service online at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. File deletion

All files are automatically deleted after expiry. We are not responsible for data loss after deletion.
